I'm currently having problems with my website, how soon can you help?
Similar to vehicle road side assistance, when you give us a call during the time you are having issues, if it is an urgent issue and can not wait we will drop some of our tasks to provide an immediate assistance. We will do our best to provide you the immediate assistance at the time you need our help. After making your website stable, we will then provide the next course of action. After the engagement and your happy to sign up, we will deduct the costs incurred and deemed it to be part of the plan that you selected.
Is there a lock in contract?
Our aim is to be with you for as long as you want us to be with you. If you feel that after a certain period of month our services are no longer required or you have some change in your business, it is ok for us to pause or end the engagement with a one month notice period.
What if I've used up my monthly time allocation?
Having used your monthly allocation is kinda good as you are making progress to your site. Should this be the case we are happy to quote you a one off work or just base it on a discounted per hour rate based on your plan.

How do I get started?

Do you have Service Level Agreement?
Our Service Level agreement will depend on the plan that you will be subscribing to however if your website is down or inaccessible this will always be the highest priority and we will work on it as soon as we received an issue ticket. Our commitment is that one of our staff will work with you as soon as we detected an issue with your site.
